Pricing Your Home

Pricing a home for sale is a detailed and not-so-simple task and I do not take it lightly! On top of emotional attachment or financial needs, we have to consider the current market. I will compare your property details with others that have sold recently in your area, look at the growth or decrease in market value and take into consideration any upgrades etc that you may have done over time. I will show you all of these details to give you a reasonable range and then we will decide together your listing price.
